Positive: Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles, was man benötigt. Negative: Die Wände sind sehr dünn, sodass man jedes Mal deutlich hört, wenn die Eingangstür geöffnet oder geschlossen wird und andere Gäste ein- oder ausgehen. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte dies unbedingt beachten.

Disappointing Positive: The host met me at the apartment and left a bottle of wine. Negative: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the host to explain it was so uncomfortable that it triggered my arthritis condition - something I’ve never experienced when travelling. The host was very dismissive stating "no one else has given this feedback so you are mistaken". I found that response very patronising and unhelpful. Almost suggesting I was either lying or incorrect. After inspecting the mattess it was obvious it was a budget matress. I left this property 2 days earlier than planned. This experience ruined my trip to Lisbon. The property looks amazing on the pictures but it did not live up to expectation. There was also dog fouling and trash and overflowing bins on the street. The noise from other tenants/guests in the building was constant throughout the night and garbage trucks drive right past the window to the apartment around 3am every night. Not an ideal welcome to the city. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep after a drunken night then it would be ok but if you're looking for a comfy place to stay whilst exploring the city, I wouldnt recommend this place.

Positive: Good locality near city centre, clean apartment, A/C, comfy bed, modern kitchen, large shower. Negative: Noise from the hallway.

Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und top Lage für einen Städtetrip in Lissabon Positive: Super war die Lage und die Ausstattung des Zimmers (Handtücher, Küche mit Utensilien). Man konnte die Innenstadt und auch das Wasser gut zu Fuß erreichen und so den Charme von Lissabon aufsaugen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett war bequem. Negative: Die Wände innerhalb des Hauses sind ziemlich dünn, was der Bauart des Hauses geschuldet ist. Wie auch an vielen anderen südlichen Orten ist das Kanalisationssystem nicht so weit fortgeschritten wie z.B. in Deutschland, sodass man leichten Abflussgeruch aus dem Bad wahrnimmt. Ein kleiner Fail war, dass das Kabel vom Wasserkocher zu kurz für die Steckdose oberhalb der Küchenzeile war, daher musste man etwas improvisieren - das war aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Їх, багато.. по нашому проханню приходили їх травити, але це не дуже допомогло. Вхідні двері в під’їзд багатоквартирного будинку в 20 см від дверей в апартаменти, це було шумно. Електрика здалась коли ми підключили багато приладів, ми довго в самостійно шукали як це вимкнути (це за картиною, якщо це тобі колись знадобиться). Затхле повітря. Квартира чиста, постіль, рушники.. але через тарганів було все одно бридко там знаходитись
