It is ok, but had a few problems with electricity, and couldn’t reach the host all stay.. Positive: Nice area, everything is close. Small but cozy apartment Negative: Problems with electricity, noise from the outside

Great location, let down by almost everything else Positive: The location is perfect - a quiet area, yet within walking distance of most attractions, very close to the city centre. The kitchen is quite well equiped, the host also left us a good bottle of wine. Negative: I promised the host I wouldn't post a negative review, but the issues kept piling up… 1. Although I estimated the arrival time days in advance and even confirmed it during the taxi ride, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come (the host uses a property management company). After we checked in, they became completely unresponsive. The host himself, however, had been very responsive. 2. The building entrance cannot be locked, which is a security concern — especially since the room is right next to it. The door also cannot be fully opened, as it is blocked by a drainpipe on the wall. 3. The room's entrance door was made of thin wood. We could hear everyone entering the building, down to the sound of their breathing. We also had to master the exact key angle just to get in — not the easiest task 4. The bed was not comfortable — we could feel the springs. When we mentioned this, the host pointed out that no other guests had complained, as if that should have made the springs disappear (although now I see some other negative comments about it). 5. The bathroom door would not close properly and required both force and technique to shut. 6. The room is on the ground floor and suffers from dampness, possibly mould. 7. The hairdryer was not working. 8. We encountered large cockroaches — they may have come in from the hallway, but still… I can understand that older properties have their issues, but not at the price we paid. None of these are visible in the listing photos, unsurprisingly. We attempted to negotiate a partial refund since we had a longer stay of 7 nights, but the host declined — understandable, perhaps, but disappointing nonetheless. For the same price, you can book a 4-star hotel. We chose this property to support a private owner, but we will be significantly more careful in the future.

Perfetto per un weekend romantico Positive: La posizione è centrale e permette di raggiungere tutti i punti importanti della città. L'appartamento è accogliente e ben arredato, perfetto per una coppia. Negative: L' appartamento è un po' rumoroso, di notte si avverte il rumore del portone quando altri inquilini entrano ed escono. Il letto non è comodissimo e manca la testata, va bene per un weekend lungo, ma per più giorni potrebbe stancare

You have everything you need to heve a great time in Lisboa. Positive: Great location. Clean, cozy, and fully equipped inside. Negative: The walls are a little too thin.

Great location, terrible bed! Strong sewer smell.Dog hair stuck to our stockings. Positive: The location is great! It was clean for the most part. The host left a bottle of wine for us. Negative: The bed was horrible! The mattress is only about 6 inches thick and there was no cushioning from the springs. It was extremely uncomfortable! Luckily there are extra pillows that I used stocking. There was also some kind of pet hair everywhere. It stuck on our socks everywhere we walked. And the bathroom had a terrible sewer smell.
