The stay was ok Positive: It was located in a very good location. Had paid, secure parking. Had elevators to reach where you are staying. Had a great view. Negative: There was no ventilation. The AC had an indication that it needed filters to be cleaned, but that was not done. One of the bathrooms had no ventilation, no screen to separate the shower from the rest of the room, water got everywhere and it was very damp. The staff did not react to our questions and calls.

Chic apartment when new; needs updating. Great location thus reasonable value for money. Positive: Great location in heart of the downtown. Balcony, city view, river view all good. Duarte met us and explained everything well. Relatively quiet given its location. Aircon good. Good toiletries. All facilities worked. Negative: Duarte tried and failed to fix window blinds. Poor wardrobe facilities (no doors). Living room carpet filthy - needs deep clean or replacement. Signs of previous water damage to bathroom doorways. Dining table good size but surface stained. No bidet as per apartment details. 100euro charge for cleaning but flat not very clean

The host was lovely and the location was fabulous. Positive: Great location, very welcoming and helpful with questions at check-in, private apartment. Negative: The bedrooms were on the small side, but that was fine. It got a bit loud at night in one of the bedrooms.

Muy recomendable. Volvería sin dudas. Positive: La ubicación, la calidad del departamento,la limpieza, la comodidad del departamento,tener parking. Negative: Sugiero que el contacto para la entrega de las llaves se pueda hacer por WhatsApp en lugar de llamada telefónica.
