Good stay overall Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable and communication was friendly. We also appreciated the nice detail of a welcome bottle of wine. Many comments mentioned problems with the entrance door to the building, but we had no issue since one of the team kindly explained to us how to open it. Negative: One night a member of the team mistakenly entered our apartment while doing a check-in for other guests. It was a bit scary at first, but later clarified as a human error. It would be good to make sure this does not happen again so that future guests can feel completely secure.

Świetnia lokalizacja bardzo wygodnego i dobrze wyposażonego apartamentu, polecam! Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, pomimo późnego przybycia (23:00) szybkie dostarczenie kluczy, sam apartament czysty, obszerny, z pralką i wyposażeniem kuchennym. Negative: Przydałyby się jednorazowe mydełka/szampon na start, klucz do drzwi wejściowych do budynku nie zawsze działał prawidłowo.

Positive: Lage, Grösse des Appartments, Ausstattung, sehr netter Kontakt zu Vermietung, sehr netter Kontakt bei Schlüsselübergabe. Einige Kaffeekapseln, feiner Wein, sowie etwas Waschmittel vorhanden. Sehr feierfröhliche Gegend/Nachbarschaft. Negative: Geruch in Bad gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bad müsste teilweise saniert werden (inkl. Schiebetüre). Auch die Wände könnten teilweise wieder gestrichen werden. Aufschliessen der Haupttüre des Hauses ist nicht einfach. Es gibt einen Trick, den man aber erst herausfinden muss.

Beautiful place, but communication and service need improvement. Positive: The location and the view are amazing! Negative: The check-in was extremely frustrating: I had to be in contact with three different people to be able to get into the building, and two of them were rude.
