A very pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location, excellent cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities — we were ve Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches: tea, coffee, and laundry capsules were provided, which was very convenient and meant we didn’t have to buy everything right away. There was also a lovely surprise waiting for us in the fridge — a chilled bottle of white wine, which was such a nice welcome. Negative: There is no air conditioning, although fans were provided and were helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so carrying a large suitcase up and down the stairs can be a little inconvenient. If you are travelling light, this should not be a problem. Opening the entrance door also takes a little practice, as you need to find just the right position for the key, but once you get used to it, it is manageable.

Een hele fijne tijd gehad. Zou hier zeker terugkomen Positive: De locatie is geweldig, midden in de wijk Alfama. Een ruim appartement met tram 28 praktisch voor de deur. Zodra je de ramen opent heb je veel geluid van de straat. Dicht hoor je dat niet. De ventilatoren gaven genoeg verkoeling. Je ziet in het trappenhuis dat het om een oud pand gaat. Eenmaal binnen ziet het er keurig uit. De buurt voelde veilig. De man die de sleuteloverdracht deed was op tijd en heel vriendelijk. Negative: Bij aankomst op de luchthaven moet je gelijk bellen naar een organisatie in Portugal die de checkin verzorgd. Dat duurde 30 minuten aan de telefoon voordat ze de boeking gevonden hadden. Vervolgens word je door een kantoor in Spanje gebeld om de check-in door te nemen. Goed om te weten dat dit geen Spam telefoon is. Dan had de check-in waarschijnlijk beter verlopen.

A perfect place for a trip to Lisbon! Positive: It is a spacious, clean and lovely place to stay! The bed is very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen are doing a really good job. Tramway stops directly in front of the house, which makes it perfect to explore the city. A few steps away you find lovely spots with a fantastic view! Communication and hospitality was even more than 5 star, we felt very much like home, thank you!
