Avoid this property - misleading and untrustworthy Positive: Unfortunately nothing due to the terrible experience. Negative: Avoid This Property! I strongly advise against this property due to my terrible experience and its unfaithful owner. Upon arrival, it became clear that the property provided was not the same as advertised on Booking.com. The photos on the listing showed a completely different, larger, and higher-standard apartment, but what I received was smaller, of much lower quality, and absolutely not worth the £518 I paid. When I raised this issue, the property manager admitted that the photos were incorrect but failed to provide any solution, apology, refund, or alternative accommodation. All we could do was stay in this misrepresented property for the same price we’d already paid—a completely unacceptable outcome. Booking.com initially claimed that the owner offered a solution we supposedly refused, which is not true. The owner outright refused to reimburse the money, even though their own property manager acknowledged the issue. To make matters worse, Booking.com now shows my booking as “cancelled due to no-show,” which is a blatant lie, as I showed up at the property but did not stay due to reasons stated above. If something goes wrong, do not expect this owner to take responsibility or provide any support. They will simply take your money and ignore any valid complaints. This kind of behavior is disgraceful, and the property should not even be allowed on Booking.com. Shame on both the property owner and Booking.com for enabling such deceptive practices.
