Good but not worth the price Positive: Good communication with the host. The apartment is spacious. It is well-equipped as described. We received a welcome bottle of wine. It is close to the city beach. The location near the stadium was perfect for us. Negative: It's getting a bit older. There were no supplies of toilet paper or dishwasher and washing machine chemicals, except for a single of each. It's noisy: you can hear neighbors and the traffic. It was nice but not worth the money we paid.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean and provided most of what we needed. It was very close to the station so getting around was easy. All in all Duart was very friendly host and we enjoyed our stay. Negative: The only things I could add would be and extra blanket in wardrobe for the cooler evenings and beds were not the most comfortable, particular since I got ill shortly after arriving and needed to spend a lot of night resting

Positive: 面积可以，三房两卫，有海景阳台，停车还算方便，有空调 Negative: 设备装修比较老旧了，只能说能用
