Hôte très présent par messagerie, appart correspond à mes attentes, mais ça grimpe Positive: Les échanges par messagerie avec l'hôte avant mon arrivée car il m'a été de très bon conseil Negative: le lave vaisselle qui était inclus dans la prestation mais qui n'a jamais fonctionné les traces de moisissures dans l'armoire qui se situe dans le salon

Un alloggio come a casa propria Positive: L'alloggio è posizionato nel quartiere di Mouraria, vicino al Miradouro de Graca. L'appartamento è proprio di fronte alla funicolare di Graca ed in alternativa si possono utilizzare le scale per salire al Jardim da Cerca da Graça e al miradouro da Graca. Le scale sono un monumento a cielo aperto perché di pinte con murales spettacolari. Da vedere assolutamente. L'appuntamento per recuperare le chiavi dell'alloggio era con Miguel, una persona squisita che ci ha dato le spiegazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno e dato qualche consiglio su cosa visitare. L'appartamento è confortevole, gli ambienti sono piccoli ma comodi, il bagno è funzionale, con bidet e una grande doccia. La vista dalle finestre del soggiorno è spettacolare. Per una settimana ci siamo sentiti a casa. Negative: Il posto, nonostante molto frequentato da turisti, è comunque meta anche di tossicomani e quindi è facile trovare persone che si dedicano a queste pratiche per strada, su una panchina o sulle scale che portano al miradouro. Inoltre, la panchina proprio sotto la finestra della nostra camera aveva una speciale attrattiva per cui molto spesso di notte siamo stati svegliati da persone che conversavano a telefono, alle 3 o anche le 4 di notte, ad alta voce incuranti del fatto che al primo piano ci fossero persone che dormivano.

Beautiful apartment and location, but very hot to sleep in! Positive: The location is great, right in the historic Alfama neighbourhood, and the apartment is pretty and well decorated. The view is amazing, you can see the castle if you poke your head out of the window. The person who checked us in was nice and helpful. There is a washing machine and somewhere to hang the washing outside. There is a dishwasher but they only provided one pod for an 8 day stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with pans etc. The apartment was well cleaned before our arrival. Negative: There is no AC or ceiling fans. They provided two plug in fans, but these didn’t do much. We had to leave the windows and doors open all night, including in to the hallway of the apartment so there was a lack of privacy with the other couple in our party. The street is super loud, the rooms remained extremely hot and so we slept badly every night. It also meant that during the day when it was hot it was unpleasant to stay in the apartment, even with the shutters closed, and so we didn’t have a base to relax in the hot afternoons. Leaving the windows open at night also meant we got bitten by mosquitos every evening. There is a strong sewage smell that comes and goes. They did not provide many amenities e.g. they provided one dishwasher pod and one 30ml shower gel for 4 people for a 8 night stay. Not the worst thing but it is an expensive stay so we would expect amenities to be included. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying in the summer, but it is a lovely location and well decorated apartment so perhaps in the winter it would be a good place to stay.

Ottimo soggiorno per tutta la famiglia ( 4 persone), appartamento accogliente e ben dotato nella zona della città vecchi Positive: Posizione, disposizione interna, dotazioni, pulizia e comodità. Negative: Un po’ di umidità.

Positive: Limpeza, conforto e localização perfeita sem contar dos anfitriões, gente boissimas, gentileza com vinho, cápsulas de café e sabão para lavar nossas roupas, super indico com toda certeza. Negative: Não tenho do q dizer.
